During the working process with people presentation in PowerPoint, you may need to rearrange the slides’ order. Slide Sorter View will help you to do that. For example, you would like to exchange the location of two slides in your ppt presentation. Here are the steps, which you should follow:
1. In the beginning click on the selected slide which should be moved to another place. Keep holding the mouse. Now you can see the tiny gray rectangle on your pointer.
2. Now keep dragging your pointer to the new place of the ppt slide. The vertical line has just appeared.
3. You can release the button on the mouse. Your slide has been placed to its new location.
